Children and Family Services Alternate
Ana grew up in Contra Costa County and is now raising her two children (ages 5 and 2) in Contra Costa County. Ana was Public Child Welfare Title IV-E Student at UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs, where she received her Master’s in Social Welfare (MSW) in 2013. Ana returned to the Bay Area after receiving her MSW and began working as a social worker for Children and Family Services in programs including Emergency Response, Child and Family Teaming, Independent Living Program, and Continuous Quality Improvement. Ana has worked for Contra Costa County Children and Family Services since 2020, most recently as the Social Services Program Analyst for the Family First Prevention Services Program.
